The supplies that an individual will need for this project include a glass vase or candle holder, glass frosting spray, black peel and stick felt, damask print stencil, and a white colored pencil. First, the individual should lay down a sheet of newspaper over a flat work surface. A damp cloth should be used to wipe down the vase or candle holder to ensure that it is free from dust.
